Mangrove Symposium @ Moller Pavilion

The oldest form of dining - floor-level, communal, unhurried. Guests eat together at long shared tables set low to the ground, in a room dressed for the occasion.

The Salty Mangrove team cook and serve wet drinks. The food is abundant and unfussy. Wine moves around the table. At some point the dinner becomes a party.
