Mangrove Symposium @ Moller Pavilion

Saturday 10th, 6pm – 8pm

The oldest form of dining - floor-level, communal, unhurried. Guests eat together at long shared tables set low to the ground, in a room dressed for the occasion.

The Salty Mangrove team cook and serve wet drinks. The food is abundant and unfussy. Wine moves around the table. At some point the dinner becomes a party.

Music from Ed Fisher, Good Morning Tapes, Kool & The Breeze, Dingo Balearico and more during the banquet and through the weekend.
