Paying
Tickets are sold through Moshtix, our ticketing partner.
Moshtix takes credit and debit cards, Afterpay, and Buy Now Pay Later with PayPal — so you can split a pass into four payments if that's easier.
Getting your tickets
Tickets arrive by email. Check your inbox and your spam folder.
Can't find them? Moshtix can resend them — contact Moshtix support. If you're still stuck, email us at hello@dingofestival.com and we'll sort it out.
Reselling
Can't make it any more? Moshtix handles all DINGO resale, and it's the only safe way to buy or sell a DINGO ticket.
Don't buy from anyone else. Tickets bought through Facebook groups, Instagram DMs or resale sites won't scan at the gate, and we can't help you if they don't. Resell or buy through Moshtix
Age
Ticketed DINGO events are strictly 18+. Bring photo ID — we may ask for it at the door, and we can't refund anyone refused entry on the day.
The Big Bang on Sunday is free and all ages. Kids, grandparents, dogs on leads, the lot. More free and all-ages events to be announced.
Refunds and changes
First year, real festival — here's exactly where your money's protected.
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If an event is cancelled, you'll be refunded the ticket price automatically to your original payment method — you don't need to do anything.
DINGO is a lineup, not a single act. Artists occasionally have to withdraw, and if that happens we'll replace them and let ticket holders know by email. A change to the lineup isn't grounds for a refund.
